The Good: Intriguing action RPG gameplay gets your pulse racing but keeps you thinking; enormous gameworld offers a ton of competitive and cooperative action; interesting and dynamic new mission types, including frontline alliance battles; stand-alone game that’s substantially enhanced if you own the original; great presentation and a sleek game engine.

The Bad: Despite the multiplayer focus, communicating with other players feels clunky; the most enticing new content caters mostly to the hardcore.

Guild Wars Factions - 3 million hours of preview

During the “invitation only” event for a preview of Guild Wars Factions, over 500.000 players spent on average six hours each playing. This sums up to about three million hours of gaming time. This event was a little sneakpeak and the game launches at 28th of April. The game will cost you about 50$, more information to be found on the Guild Wars website.

There is a nifty little launcher which is called Portable Guild Wars which allows you to play this fabulous game on an Ipod. Now you can farm your GW gold pretty much anywhere assuming there is an internet connection available. You can download and read more about this launcher here.
